{"id":2627,"date":"2024-05-14T17:15:35","date_gmt":"2024-05-14T17:15:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aula15.com\/?p=2627"},"modified":"2024-05-25T17:58:27","modified_gmt":"2024-05-25T22:58:27","slug":"estres-y-salud-mental","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aula15.com\/index.php\/2024\/05\/14\/estres-y-salud-mental\/","title":{"rendered":"Estr\u00e9s y Salud Mental: El Peso Invisible II"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>&#8220;Estr\u00e9s: Impactos en la Salud y Estrategias de Manejo&#8221;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Estr\u00e9s es un factor que puede afectar la salud mental y todo esto se debe a la gran carga f\u00edsica y <a href=\"https:\/\/aula15.com\/index.php\/2024\/05\/14\/el-autocuidado-para-el-equilibrio-mental-y-emocional-del-docente\/\">emocional<\/a> que se enfrenta en la vida diaria, incluso puede desencadenar una serie de efectos en la salud trayendo grandes consecuencias por ejemplo:<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Problemas de salud f\u00edsica:<\/strong> dentro de ello se encuentran las enfermedades<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/es\/diseases-conditions\/heart-disease\/symptoms-causes\/syc-20353118\"> card\u00edacas<\/a>, presi\u00f3n arterial alta, trastornos gastrointestinales, diabetes tipo 2 y obesidad. Esto se debe a que el estr\u00e9s puede alterar la funci\u00f3n normal del sistema gastrointestinal.<br \/>\nDolores cr\u00f3nicos: el estr\u00e9s puede aumentar la sensibilidad al dolor y empeorar los s\u00edntomas de condiciones m\u00e9dicas como la migra\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Problemas de la memoria y concentraci\u00f3n:<\/strong> este puede afectar la funci\u00f3n cognitiva, dificultando la concentraci\u00f3n, la memoria y la toma de decisiones. Esto puede afectar negativamente el rendimiento acad\u00e9mico de los alumnos.<br \/>\nCambios de humor: el estr\u00e9s puede provocar cambios de humor como irritabilidad, ansiedad, tristeza o enojo.
